Our World – Our Friends

Welcome to Lovern & Friends, a journal of sorts which has come about because of this worldwide pandemic. Locked away in our studios, with no chance encounters to be had, it has become ridiculously obvious just how important our friends are to us. We owe so much to the good will of our talented friends – artists, costume designers, textile experts and filmmakers who you will meet here during the coming months. Let’s face it, we would be nowhere without them and all the help they’ve given us. Vanessa Jordan is one such friend, a visual artist and photographer who has been part of our story from the beginning. Her daughter Amber, seen here, was kind enough to model for us and that was a special shoot with a high fun factor. It was lovely to find this photo of Amber, clearly succumbing to the charms of Seamus. I think it really sums up what friendship is all about- unconditional love and lots of laughter. The events of the last year have taught us to live in the now and practice gratitude as often as possible. We would like to thank all our friends that we work and collaborate with. We are looking forward to proper belly laughs, hugs and that feeling you have after a few hours of being with your pal. Until then, watch this space for more snippets of our wonderful friends.
