The Irish Made Awards take place this Friday, October 7, in The Morrison, Dublin and it is an honour for our growing business to be among the finalists. These past two years have seen to it that our social circle is just a handful of friends so a day of celebration feels extra special.
Irish Made means keeping our manufacturing in Ireland for all the obvious economic benefits but it also means that we keep the age-old craft of leather work alive and relevant in a world which tends towards the homogenous and mass produced. Our bags are designed to carry on the dreams of fine workmanship and beauty. The pandemic taught us many life lessons, not least the value of self sufficiency.
Irish Country Magazine has been a kind friend to us over the past few years. In 2019 we were invited to be a part of their Irish Made Village at Gifted in the RDS Dublin. The magazine constantly shines a light on Irish made brands who do not have the large marketing budgets of bigger companies. We want to say a big thank you to all the team who really do so much for brands like ours.
Wishing all the finalists for the coming awards the very best of luck.
